Terms & Conditions – Tucan Pressure Cleaning

Welcome to Tucan Pressure Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

 
1. Service Scope

All services will be carried out as described in the quote or booking confirmation. Additional work requested on-site may incur extra charges.

 
2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided upfront. Payment is required on completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

 
3. Property Access

The customer must ensure safe and clear access to all areas that require cleaning. Any delays caused by obstructions may affect the final price.

 
4. Water & Power

The customer is responsible for providing access to water and electricity unless otherwise arranged.

 
5. Surfaces & Damage

We take great care during all cleaning services; however:

  • We are not responsible for loose surfaces, pre-existing damage, or fragile materials affected during cleaning.

  • Some stains, discolouration, and ageing cannot be fully removed.

 
6. Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.

 
7. Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a call-out fee.

 
8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

 
9. Liability

Tucan Pressure Cleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
