1. What is soft wash?

Soft wash is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses eco-friendly solutions to remove mold, algae, dirt, and stains without damaging surfaces.
It’s perfect for roofs, house exteriors, and delicate materials.

 

2. Is soft wash safe for my roof and home?

Yes. Soft wash uses very low pressure, making it safe for tiles, paint, gutters, and seals.
It avoids cracking, lifting, or breaking roof tiles — unlike high-pressure methods.

 

3. Do I need to be home during the service?

Not always. As long as we have access to water and the area to be cleaned, we can complete the service without you being home.

 

4. How do you calculate the price?

Prices are based on the size of the area (sqm) and the service type:

  • Soft wash roof: $2.75 per sqm

  • Soft wash + pressure roof: $4 per sqm

  • Concrete pressure cleaning: $2 per sqm

We also provide free quotes before starting.

 

5. Can you remove oil stains and heavy grime?

Yes — we use professional detergents and equipment to lift deep stains from driveways, concrete, and other hard surfaces.

 

6. Will the chemicals harm my plants or pets?

No. We use biodegradable, eco-safe products, and we pre-wet and rinse plants to protect your garden.
Pets are safe as long as they stay away from the work area until it’s fully dry.

 

7. How long does the service take?

Most jobs take:

  • Driveway: 1–2 hours

  • Roof cleaning: 3–5 hours

  • House wash: 2–4 hours
    Times vary depending on size and condition.

 

8. How long will the cleaning results last?

Usually between 12 to 24 months, depending on weather, shade, and vegetation around your home.

 

9. Do you offer guarantees?

Yes. We stand by our work — if you’re not satisfied, we come back to fix it, no extra charge.

 

10. How can I book a service?

11. Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured for residential and commercial work.

 

12. What should I do before the cleaning?
