Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe the service was not completed to the standard agreed upon, notify us within 48 hours of the completed job. We will return to inspect the area and provide a free touch-up or re-clean where necessary.
A refund may be issued if:

We are unable to correct the issue with a re-clean or touch-up.

The service provided did not match what was agreed upon in the booking.

The property was not cleaned due to an error on our side.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

The issue results from pre-existing damage, stains, or material deterioration.

Access to the property or water supply was not available on the scheduled date.
